Empty & Meaningless: the Box Project is a CONVERSATION, through inquiry and art-making, that explores how we perceive, or view, our relationships and the impact those views have in our lives. The art creation portion of the workshop allows us to dismantle one view, create others, and even choose a view that empowers the creator of the box.
If you are interested in learning more about the project, or to bring the project into your community, please fill out the Contact Form at the bottom of the page.
This video shares the story of the early days of Empty & Meaningless: the Box Project. It was shot and edited by a TV and Online magazine crew from Toronto Canada.
The PROCESS of the workshop may be applied to ANY HUMAN INTERACTION. It's not necessary to be in an extreme emotional or circumstantial state, rather having a deep interest in expanding a relationship – with family, partners, a Higher Power, oneself.
And one clarification re: a characterization by the producers in one of their text screens – this is NOT therapy. It IS a powerful cross-section of a Guided Conversation and Art.
